Instructions

2.Cook the chicken

Heat a large pan over medium flame heat and add also olive oil. Once the oil is heated, gently place the mixed chicken into the pan.

Cook for 7_9minutes on the upper side, then turn the chicken and cook the other side until it becomes golden . The exact cooking time will depend on the varity of the chicken. Add the cooked chicken into a clean bowl .

3.Make the garlic butter sauce

Reduce the heat to low flame point. Add the butter in the other pan. Once the butter melts, add the chopped garlic paste.

Cook the garlic for about 20_40 seconds .

Add the chicken and lemon 🍋 juice.

4. Combine everything

Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Spread the garlic-butter sauce over the chicken so every piece of chicken is coated by the paste.

Left the chicken to mix completely in the sauce for a few minutes. That gives the chicken time to absorb the garlic and butter paste.

If you like a little spicy, add the optional red pepper flakes according to your taste.

5. Finish and serve

Turn off the heat and spread fresh chopped pieces onto the chicken. Taste the sauce and add the powder if needed.

Serve the chicken warm with piece of the garlic-butter

Cooking Tips

. For an even more sauce, you can add a small splash of cream, although the recipe is delicious without its need .it is optional.

Using the same pan for the chicken and sauce is important because the browned bits left in the pan add extra flavor in the chicken.
